Yearn TVL All Time High & Release of Yearn.Science
Yearn total-value-locked (TVL) has experienced explosive growth recently, and we are proud to announce it has surpassed its all-time-high set in September 2020. This is largely due to the release of our v2 yVaults in January, additional v1 yVaults, and growth in Iron Bank deposits. Several TVL reporting sites have been inaccurately reporting Yearn’s TVL. We have released Yearn.Science to accurately report our TVL for users and the wider DeFi community. Please update your inaccurate TVL figures!

Launch of the Iron Bank yVault
We are pleased to announce the launch of our latest yVault for the Iron Bank. Liquidity providers of the Iron Bank pool on Curve Finance can now utilize this yVault to automatically earn CRV rewards, harvest them, and have them sold to one of the underlying tokens. Users will earn interest from holding the underlying Iron Bank tokens as well as yield from the CRV rewards.
As of the date of this publication, the Iron Bank yVault is earning 28.35% APY. You can deposit to this vault and see all our yVaults with this link.
Governance Discussion over EPS Airdrop
Ellipsis Finance is an authorized fork of Curve Finance on Binance Smart Chain (BSC). Ellipsis launched this past week and has committed to airdropping 25% of it’s supply over the next 12 months to veCRV holders. Yearn is among the largest veCRV holder with a balance in excess of 11m veCRV. We have already received a fairly substantial airdrop, and will be receiving more airdrops weekly. A new discussion is on the governance forum to determine what to do with these airdrops. We encourage you to join the discussion here.
Second Epoch of Coordinape Commenced
The second epoch of Coordinape has begun and we encourage all eligible users to participate. Coordinape is a newly introduced system that is used to distribute half of the Yearn monthly community grants budget. Our aim is to decentralize the community grant distribution process into the hands of our contributors. Anyone has received a grant from Yearn in the past is eligible to participate and is allocated 100 GIVE tokens. These tokens are allocated to any contributor in the Yearn ecosystem and will determine the amount of grant they will receive that month.

Update to Our Snapshot Page
Our Snapshot has undergone an upgrade and you can now vote on governance proposals with YFI held in your wallet, yvYFI, Bancor, Balancer, Uniswap, or SushiSwap. Our new Snapshot also supports vote delegation, enabling you to delegate your YFI votes to another wallet.
There are also some YFI still held in our governance staking contract. We urge these users to withdraw from this contract and the v1 yvYFI and migrate to the v2 yvYFI.

1INCH Integrates YLA Swaps
The Yearn Lazy Ape Index (YLA) offered by PowerIndex has been integrated by the 1INCH dex aggregator. The YLA is a diversified cash-flow generating portfolio of several v1 yVault tokens that dynamically adjusts weights according to TVL. 1INCH is now the most optimal platform to swap between the v1 yVaults in the YLA. The YLA consists of yvCurve-Compound, yvCurve-3pool, yvCurve-GUSD, yUSD, and yvCurve-BUSD.
